1. When will my order be delivered?

    We usually get your order to you within 8-10 working days. If in an unlikely event, it will take longer, we will inform you of the same.

    Made to order products would take 2 weeks for delivery.

    2. Are there any additional shipping charges?

     No, prepaid orders are free. Cash on delivery charges are Rs 120 per order within India. 

    3. How to return items?

    Send us an email:

    Please make sure you have the following information on the email

    • Order Number / Registered E-Mail Id
    • Product Name
    • Reason for returns 
    • Pick-Up Address
    • Bank Account Details (if you want the refund in your bank account instead of your Aizen account)

    Once you receive a reply from Aizen, please re-pack the items to be returned with all original packaging & tags that they were shipped with.

     4. What is your returns policy?

    You can return all items within 5 days of receipt for a refund of the value of the item purchased, subject to the below conditions. Returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place.

    Once we receive an item, we need 7 days to conduct a quality check. Post a quality check, the refund amount will be credited back to your shopaizen account as a voucher or credit points within 48 hours unless you requested a bank refund. A bank refund usually takes about 4 weeks.

    Please note shipping charges, RTO (reverse pick up) and COD charges, if any will not be refunded. 

    If 5 days have gone by since the product has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    We will arrange a reverse pickup in case of exchange for domestic orders. Reverse Pickup charges of Rs.180 will be deducted from the refund amount. Alternately, you could have the product shipped back to us as well.

    5. What are the items that cannot be returned or exchanged?

    • Accessories such as Eye Masks
    • Customised clothing with Initials / name on them
    • Specially Altered Products
    • Gift cards
